The Regional Coordinator of Southern Africa II Region is Pastor Oluwatosin Macauley, Operating from the Redeemed Headquarters Church base in Johannesburg South Africa, Pastor Macauley oversees the planting and smooth running of all the parishes within the Region ensuring that Church members are made disciples of Christ according to the doctrines and beliefs of the Church. It is her responsibility to ensure uniformity in the church since it is very easy to have the same church with different standards in different nations. A geologist by profession, she was a lecturer and field geologist, She ran her own geology consultancy before heeding to the divine call of full time ministry in the in 1994. Her previous posting saw her overseeing the Southern Africa I Region from the base in Zambia with neighboring Countries like Malawi and Congo as part of her portfolio. 

Pastor Macauley is currently the regional coordinator of Southern Africa II Region comprising South Africa, Botswana, Mauritius, Lesotho, Swaziland, Mozambique, Namibia and Madagascar

She is a prolific writer and has published many inspiring Christian books, such as Possessing the land, Thirst in the midst of waters and Anatomy of a breakthrough. 

She has also pioneered the establishment of parishes in Austria, France and Bristol in England
